Adding Alt Text to Blog Images in PhotoBiz
Alt text (short for alternative text) is a simple but powerful way to improve both your website’s accessibility and your SEO. Here’s how to add alt text to images in your PhotoBiz blog:
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BLOG from the menu on the left.
STEP TWO
Choose whether to CREATE A NEW BLOG POST or open an EXISTING BLOG POST where you want to add alt text.
STEP THREE
Find the Image block that contains your photo. Click on the block or use the pencil icon in the top right corner and select Advanced.
STEP FOUR
A menu will appear on the right. Click the image thumbnail you want to update — this will open the image settings.
FINAL STEP
Type in a clear, simple description of the image in the Alt Text field, then click SAVE CHANGES.
