Have an idea for a new feature or enhancement? We’d love to hear it! Submitting a feature request helps us improve the PhotoBiz platform to better serve your needs.
STEP ONE
Open the Feature Request Form
Go to clients.photobiz.com to access the feature request form.
STEP TWO
Fill Out the Form
You can vote in our poll for our most popular feature requests that haven't been released yet and scrool down below to find our form if your suggestion isn't already in the voting.
Provide the following information to help us fully understand your request:
- Your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Account ID
- Photography Type (such as Wedding, Portrait, etc.)
- Product Area (for example, Website Builder, Client Galleries, Forms, etc.)
- Feature Objective & Category
- Detailed Description of the feature and how it would improve your workflow
The more details you include, the better we can evaluate your suggestion.
STEP THREE
Submit Your Request
Once you’ve completed the form, click Submit to send your idea directly to our team.

All requests are carefully reviewed by our team. However, submitting a feature request does not guarantee that it will be developed. Requests are considered based on how they align with the PhotoBiz platform and their impact on users.
