PhotoBiz Website Package includes Client Galleries that allow you to create private, password protected galleries to share, proof, and sell your client images. Bulk actions allow you to change the settings for a group of Client Gallery events in one shot rather than having to update them individually. This guide will walk you through the Bulk Actions options for PhotoBiz Client Galleries.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Bulk Actions will apply to any selected event and update the settings that you choose immediately when you apply them. If you change your mind regarding a bulk action, you'll need to either do another bulk action or update individual events to change the bulk action.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Category and select the Events you want to apply your bulk action to.
- To select all your events in a single category, click on the checkbox to the left of the name.
- To limit your bulk action to specific events, check the individual galleries you want to include.
- If you don't want to include certain galleries, you can uncheck them.
STEP THREE
Click on the BULK ACTIONS button to open the available bulk actions for your selected events. You can select any of the following bulk actions for your selected events:
- EXPIRATION DATE: Changes the event expiration date for all selected events.
- PRICE LIST: Assigns a price list to all selected events.
- ALLOW FREE DOWNLOADS: Changes the free download option to the selected events.
- DOWNLOAD RESOLUTION: Changes which resolution your free downloads will be for the selected events.
- COVER PAGE EMAIL COLLECTION: Changes whether or not you're collecting email addresses at the cover page for the selected events.
Click on APPLY CHANGES to apply your bulk actions to your client galleries events.
