PhotoBiz Premium Upgrades Overview

PhotoBiz Premium Upgrades let you expand your account’s features as your business grows. Whether you need more storage, additional marketing emails, custom domains, or white-label branding, you can easily upgrade right inside your PhotoBiz account.

Each upgrade is prorated based on your current billing cycle and account membership type.

What’s Included with Your Website Package

Your Website Package already includes the following each month:

  • 5,000 files for uploads (images, videos, and documents)

  • 500 form submissions

  • 10,000 marketing emails

  • 100 PhotoBiz AI requests

If you need more than what’s included, you can purchase Premium Upgrades to increase your limits.

Good to Know: Form submissions, marketing emails, and PhotoBiz AI request amounts reset on the 1st of tha month.

Where Can I Find Premium Upgrades?

When you log into your PhotoBiz account, click PREMIUM UPGRADES on the left-side menu.

The Premium Upgrades section is divided into two columns:

PRODUCTS & ADD ONS

Domain Name

Purchase a custom domain name registration through your account.
Pricing:

  • $12 one-time registration

  • $3.50/month or $42/year renewal

Mailbox

Create professional, branded email addresses using your domain name.
Pricing:

  • $4/month or $48/year per email address

Original Files

Upgrade your account to upload original files up to 50MB. Then, enable original resolution in your products for your clients to download.
Pricing:

  • $10/month or $120/year

More Storage

Expand your file storage to accommodate more images, videos, and files. You can add multiple storage blocks as needed.
Pricing:

  • $5/month ($60/year) – 5,000 files

  • $12/month ($144/year) – 15,000 files

  • $15/month ($180/year) – 20,000 files

  • $35/month ($420/year) – 50,000 files

  • $50/month ($600/year) – 100,000 files

Marketing Extras

Add more monthly marketing emails for your campaigns, automations, and invitations. You can stack multiple email blocks as needed.
Pricing:

  • $5/month ($60/year) – 3,000 additional monthly emails

  • $20/month ($240/year) – 12,000 additional monthly emails

  • $40/month ($480/year) – 25,000 additional monthly emails

  • $70/month ($840/year) – 40,000 additional monthly emails

ECommerce Extras

Increase your available SKUs for stock tracking in your eCommerce store.

  • $10/month ($120/year) – 1,000 additional SKUs

Purchase more monthly Ask PhotoBiz AI requests to generate additional on-brand content.

Brand-Free Account

Remove all “Crafted by PhotoBiz” and “© PhotoBiz” branding from your account for a completely white-label experience.

  • $10/month ($120/year)

Form Extras

Add more monthly form submissions to your account (your Website Package includes 500 by default). Multiple blocks can be added as needed.
Pricing:

  • $5/month – 1,000 additional monthly form submissions (total 1,500)

  • $15/month – 5,000 additional monthly form submissions (total 5,500)
