How to Create a Pop-Up Newsletter Sign-Up Form
The PhotoBiz Website Package makes it easy to add a pop-up form to your site so visitors can subscribe to your updates using their email address. Follow the steps below to create your own newsletter pop-up!
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu. First, you’ll create the subscriber form—then you’ll build the pop-up itself.
Click the Create New Form button to start a new subscriber form.
Under Lead Capture, choose the Newsletter Sign-Up form template.
Click Add a Tag and type in Newsletter. This helps you organize everyone who signs up through your pop-up into a list you can use for email marketing.
Hover over the left-side menu and click on MARKETING.
In your Marketing control panel, click POP UP BUILDER at the top center.
Click NEW POP UP and choose the style of pop-up you want to use on your site.
A menu will open on the right-hand side. Scroll through the layout library to find the Subscribe pop-up styles.
Click EDIT in the top-right corner of the pop-up editor to customize your design and add your subscriber form.
Click on FORM, then select your Newsletter form from the list.
Here, you can also customize your text, colors, fonts, and overall styling to match your brand.
Click on SETTINGS to:
Rename your pop-up (for internal use)
Set the timer for when it should appear:
0 seconds (immediately)
5 seconds
10 seconds
30 seconds
When you're happy with how everything looks, close the pop-up editor and click the PUBLISH button in the upper-right corner. Your pop-up is now live on your website!
Now that your pop-up is live and ready to capture email addresses, you can start creating email marketing campaigns to stay in touch with your subscribers.
