How to Update Your PhotoBiz Account PIN Number

Overview

PhotoBiz Support uses an account PIN as part of the verification process when you call our office for assistance. This helps confirm that the person requesting help is authorized to make changes or discuss account details.

This guide explains how to update the PIN number for your PhotoBiz account. By the end of this guide, you will know where to find your current PIN, update it, and save the new PIN to your account.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.

This opens your account settings, where you can manage your login information, billing details, account contacts, and other account-level settings.

STEP TWO

At the top right corner of your account, you can view your name, account ID, and current PIN number.

To update the PIN, hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS at the top of your My Account control panel. In the drop-down menu that appears, click LOGIN INFO.

This opens the section where you can update the login and verification information connected to your PhotoBiz account.

FINAL STEP

On the Login Info screen, enter or update your account PIN number.

Click Save Changes to apply the updated PIN to your account. Once saved, PhotoBiz Support can use this PIN to help verify your account when you call in for assistance.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

If your PhotoBiz account was created before PIN numbers were added as an account security option, your current PIN may reference the last four digits of the credit card that was on file when this verification process was implemented.

You can update the PIN at any time from the Login Info screen. Choose a PIN that is easy for you to remember but not easy for someone else to guess. Avoid using simple numbers such as 1234, repeated digits, or information that may be easy to identify.

If more than one person on your team contacts PhotoBiz Support, make sure authorized users know the current PIN.
