Sometimes you may no longer need a form to be active but want to keep the submissions and contact details you've already collected. By disabling the form, you can ensure it's no longer accessible to visitors while preserving all the existing data. This guide will show you how to disable a form in your PhotoBiz account by setting an expiration date.
STEP ONE
Access Your Forms
- Log into your PhotoBiz account.
- In the left-hand menu, click on FORMS.
STEP TWO
Select the Form
- Locate the form you want to disable and click on its NAME to open it.
STEP THREE
Open Form Settings
- In the upper-right corner of the form builder, click on the GEAR ICON.
- From the dropdown menu, select SETTINGS to access the form’s configuration options.
STEP FOUR
Set an Expiration Date
- In the settings, locate the Expiration Date field.
- Set the expiration date to a past date to disable the form.
- Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm.
What Happens Next?
Once the expiration date is set to a past date:
- The form will no longer be accessible to visitors.
- If someone tries to access the form, they will see a message indicating it is no longer available.
- All form submissions and contact details will remain intact in your account for future reference.
