How to Check Coupon Redemptions in PhotoBiz

Overview

PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to create coupon codes for discounts in your online store, Client Galleries, and Scheduler. Once your coupons are active, you can track how often they are being used to measure performance and customer engagement. This guide shows you where to find your coupons and how to view redemption counts directly in your account. By the end, you will know how to quickly monitor coupon usage without opening individual orders.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure:

You have access to your PhotoBiz account.
At least one coupon code has already been created in ECommerce.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Mouse over the PAYMENTS option at the top of the ECommerce control panel, then click COUPONS from the drop-down menu.

FINAL STEP

View the list of all coupons you have created. Each coupon displays the number of times it has been redeemed, allowing you to track usage directly from this section of the control panel.

You and your client will also see the discount applied on the order receipt as part of the total section.

Coupon redemption counts update automatically as customers complete purchases
You and your client will both see the discount applied in the Total section of the order receipt
Redemption tracking helps you evaluate which promotions are most effective
