PhotoBiz Website Package includes Quotes & Invoicing which allows you to send out price quotes and custom invoices to your clients. This guide will walk you through the steps on how to add a discount to a quote before you send it to your client via email.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on Quotes & Invoices in the left-side menu of your PhotoBiz control panel.
Click on the NEW QUOTE button to start to generate a new quote to send to your client.
On this screen, you can see an overview of what your quote will look like in the middle and in the upper right, you’ll find options to edit, print, check the status of and send your quote. Click on Edit to add your line items and pricing to your quote.
You can also preview your quote by clicking on the gray URL under the quote number at the top.
The right-side menu will open, click on the custom item option.
Include the name and description for your discount and set the price amount to a negative amount and click add item.
You can take a look at your invoice prior to sending to your client.
