If you receive a suspicious or unwanted email in your PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can quickly mark it as spam. This not only keeps your inbox organized but also helps improve your mailbox’s spam filter.
Important Note: Phishing emails are fake messages that pretend to be from trusted companies in order to trick you into sharing personal or financial information. Always check the sender’s email address carefully before clicking links or downloading attachments. If an email looks suspicious, it’s safer to mark it as spam.
Log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox.
Find and open the suspicious email.
Mark the email as spam.
You have two options:
The email will move to your spam folder and be flagged for improved filtering in the future.
Stay alert for phishing attempts.
