Filters help you automatically organize incoming messages in your PhotoBiz Mailbox. You can create rules that identify messages by the sender, recipient, subject, message body, or other criteria.
After a message matches your selected criteria, the filter can move it to a folder, forward it to another email address, or delete it. This guide explains how to create, edit, and remove mailbox filters.
You can use filters to:

Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the mailbox, then click Settings.
Click INCOMING EMAIL to open the incoming email controls for your mailbox.
Click the FILTERING tab.
This section displays your existing filters and provides options for creating, editing, or deleting filters.
Click ADD NEW FILTER to create a filter.
To change an existing filter, click its name, then click EDIT. To remove an existing filter, click its name, then click DELETE.
