PhotoBiz Website Package includes 10,000 Marketing Emails each month. You can use these to promote upcoming sessions, blog posts, and more. This guide will walk you through the steps on how to access email marketing campaign tracking data and export it into a CSV file.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the MARKETING option in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the TRACKING option at the top, center of your MARKETING area of your account.
STEP THREE
Choose Email Campaigns from the drop down menu and click run search.
STEP FOUR
Email Marketing campaign tracking will show you the following information:
- SEND DATE
- NAME/SUBJECT
- CONTACTS
- OPENS
- CLICKS
- UNSUBSCRIBED
- BOUNCED
You can click on Send Date or Name/Subject to drill down into the data and see the numbers for any of the fields listed.
STEP FIVE
Click on the field you'd like to export your data for (Total Recipients, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, or Bounced)
FINAL STEP
Click on the EXPORT button to download the .CSV file with the list of clients.
