How to Export Email Marketing Tracking Data from PhotoBiz

Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes 10,000 marketing emails each month—perfect for promoting sessions, blog posts, special offers, and more! This guide walks you through how to view and export tracking data from your email campaigns.

Follow these steps to access and export your campaign results:

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top center of your Marketing control panel, click TRACKING.

STEP THREE

From the dropdown menu, select Email Campaigns, then click RUN SEARCH.

STEP FOUR

Your campaign tracking results will display, showing key performance metrics:

Send Date
Name / Subject
Contacts
Opens
Clicks
Unsubscribed
Bounced

Click on the Send Date or Name / Subject to view detailed stats for any specific campaign.

STEP FIVE

Click on the data field you’d like to export, such as Total Recipients, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, or Bounced.

FINAL STEP

Click the EXPORT button to download a .CSV file with the corresponding contact data.

Your exported file will save to your computer’s default download folder and can be used for reporting, analysis, or importing into third-party tools.
