How to Update Email Marketing Campaign Settings in PhotoBiz

Overview

PhotoBiz includes built-in email marketing tools that allow you to send up to 10,000 emails per month. You can control both global campaign settings and individual campaign settings to ensure your emails match your branding and business needs. This guide walks you through how to update these settings so your campaigns display correctly and consistently. By the end, you will know how to manage branding, footers, analytics, and campaign-specific options.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu. This will open your Email Campaigns dashboard where all of your campaigns are stored.

STEP TWO

Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner of your Email Campaigns control panel. This section allows you to manage your global campaign defaults, which apply to all campaigns unless overridden.

In this area, you can update:

  • Branding
    Choose between:
    • Auto (Global Branding): Uses your account’s default logo, favicon, and business information
    • Custom: Set unique branding specifically for email campaigns
  • Footer Text
This is the text that appears at the bottom of every marketing email.
  • Analytics
Add tracking code such as Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
  • Social Media Icons
Add links to your social media profiles. These will display as icons in your email campaigns.

PhotoBiz Email Marketing Global Settings

Click the settings button to access your email marketing global settings.

STEP THREE

Click on the name of the campaign you want to edit. This will open the campaign builder.

Then click the settings button with the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the campaign builder to access that campaign’s individual settings.

FINAL STEP

Update your individual campaign settings as needed. These settings apply only to the selected campaign.

You can edit:

  • Page Name
This is the internal name of your campaign. It appears in your campaign list and in the direct link to the campaign.
  • Display Global Footer
Choose Yes or No to control whether the global footer appears in this campaign.
  • Additional Footer (Optional)
Add extra text that will appear:
    • Below your contact information
    • Above your global footer text

Click Save Changes to apply your updates. Your campaign will now reflect the updated settings.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

  • If you are using Auto (Global Branding), your campaign will always pull your default logo and business information from your account settings.
  • Use Custom Branding if you want different branding for specific campaigns, such as seasonal promotions or special events.
  • The Additional Footer is useful for adding disclaimers, limited-time offers, or extra contact details specific to one campaign.
