Overview
You can cancel a Premium Upgrade on your PhotoBiz account if you no longer need the additional usage limit or account option it provides. Premium Upgrades can include additional storage, additional marketing emails, additional stock tracking, additional PhotoBiz AI requests, Brand Free Account, or additional form submissions.
To cancel a Premium Upgrade, contact the PhotoBiz Support Team by submitting a support ticket from your PhotoBiz account or by calling Support.
Before canceling, make sure you understand what will happen when the upgrade is removed. Some Premium Upgrades can only be removed if your account usage is below the available limit after the upgrade is canceled.
To request cancellation, contact PhotoBiz Support using one of the options below:
When you submit your request, include the full name of the Premium Upgrade you want to cancel. This helps the PhotoBiz Support Team confirm the correct upgrade before making changes to your account.
If you submit a ticket from your PhotoBiz account, click the black and white question mark icon in the lower-right corner of your control panel to open the support menu. Choose the ticket option, then select ACCOUNT for the Product/Section field and MEMBERSHIP for the Subject Section field.
Use an email address you can access when submitting the ticket. This allows the PhotoBiz Support Team to contact you about your request if any follow-up is needed.
In the Description Section, clearly state that you want to cancel a Premium Upgrade. Include the specific upgrade name in your message, such as Additional Storage, Additional Marketing Emails, Additional Stock Tracking, Additional PhotoBiz AI Requests, Brand Free Account, or Additional Form Submissions.
This guide applies to the following account-level Premium Upgrades:
Some PhotoBiz add-ons may need their own cancellation steps because they affect files, email, domains, or other account services. If you need to cancel Original Files, a PhotoBiz Mailbox, or Domain Registration, review the specific cancellation guide for that service before submitting your request.
When a Premium Upgrade is canceled, the extra allowance or account option is removed from your PhotoBiz account. Your account will return to the standard included limit or standard account setting for that feature.
If your account is using more than the standard included amount, the upgrade may need to remain active until your usage is reduced.
For Additional Storage, the number of files currently uploaded to your account must be less than the storage amount available after the upgrade is removed. If your account has too many files uploaded, you may need to delete files before Additional Storage can be canceled.

Additional PhotoBiz AI Requests
Additional PhotoBiz AI Requests increase the number of PhotoBiz AI requests available on your account.

Brand Free Account
The Brand Free Account upgrade removes PhotoBiz branding from your website.
When this upgrade is removed, standard PhotoBiz branding may appear again on your website.

Additional Form Submissions increase the number of form submissions available on your account.

When this upgrade is removed, your account returns to the standard form submission limit included with your PhotoBiz account.
Follow the steps below if you want to submit your Premium Upgrade cancellation request from your PhotoBiz account.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click the black and white question mark icon located in the lower-right corner of your control panel.
This opens the support menu where you can submit a support ticket from inside your account.
A support menu will appear on the right side of your screen. Submit your request using the ticket system.
Use an email address you can access so the PhotoBiz Support Team can send your confirmation and follow-up messages.
In the Product/Section field, select ACCOUNT. In the Subject Section field, select MEMBERSHIP. In the Description Section, clearly state that you want to cancel a Premium Upgrade on your PhotoBiz account. Include the specific Premium Upgrade you want to cancel.
For example, you can write that you want to cancel Additional Storage, Additional Marketing Emails, Additional Stock Tracking, Additional PhotoBiz AI Requests, Brand Free Account, or Additional Form Submissions.
When you are ready, click Send to submit your ticket. You will see a confirmation message with a Ticket ID on the screen once your request is submitted. Keep this Ticket ID for your records.
The PhotoBiz Support Team will review your request and remove the Premium Upgrade if your account is eligible for the change.
If the upgrade cannot be removed because your account is over the included limit, the Support Team will let you know what needs to be adjusted before the cancellation can be completed.
You can call PhotoBiz Support if you prefer to request cancellation by phone instead of submitting a support ticket.
If you are not sure which Premium Upgrade is active on your account, include that in your support ticket or mention it when you call. The PhotoBiz Support Team can review your account and confirm which upgrade is currently enabled.
