PhotoBiz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Website Package memberships, starting from the date your account was created.
Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for refunds on unused membership time.
STEP ONE
Log Into Your PhotoBiz Account
Click on the black and white question mark icon at the bottom right corner of your control panel.
STEP TWO
Submit Your Cancellation Request
A support menu will open on the right. Here’s how to complete the form:

Make sure the correct email address is entered (we’ll send your confirmation here).

Under Product/Section, choose:
ACCOUNT

Under Subject Section, choose:
MEMBERSHIP

In the Description Section, write that you’d like to cancel your PhotoBiz account.

Click Send to submit your request.
You’ll receive a Ticket ID confirmation number right after submitting—it’s your proof that the request has been sent.
🛠 WHAT HAPPPENS NEXT?
- Our team will review and begin processing your request within 3 business days.
- We may reach out by phone or email to confirm before removing any add-ons (like Mailboxes or Domains), so you don’t lose anything you want to keep.
- You’ll maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
- After your billing cycle ends, your site will go offline.
💡 Good to know: You can reactivate your account within 180 days by logging in and updating your payment info—just in case you change your mind!
