How to Create a Newsletter Sign-Up Form in PhotoBiz
Want to grow your email list? With the PhotoBiz Forms & Contracts tool, it’s easy to create a form that lets visitors subscribe to your updates and marketing emails. Follow the steps below to set up your sign-up form.
STEP ONE
Log In and Open Forms
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Create a New Form
Click the NEW FORM button in your Forms dashboard.
STEP THREE
Choose a Lead Capture Template
You’ll see three Lead Capture form templates.
Click SELECT on the one you’d like to use.

STEP FOUR
Customize Your Sign-Up Form
- Add a Tag to your form so you can easily organize and email your subscribers later.
- Add a Checkbox Field to collect consent from users who want to opt into your emails (this is great for compliance and clarity).
Adding the Form to Your Website
Once your form is ready, you can add it to your site in several ways:
- Use a Form Block to add it directly to a page
- Add it to a Pop-Up to capture leads as people browse
- Place it in Your Website Footer so it appears on every page
- Use the Blog Subscribe Widget to add it to your blog posts
