How To Print A Copy Of Your Client's Order

Need a hard copy of a customer’s order? You can easily print any order from your PhotoBiz account—whether for your own records or to include with a shipment. Just follow the steps below to access and print either a full or compact version of the order details.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECommerce in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top, hover over Reports, then click on Orders from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Check the box next to the order you want to print, then click either Full Print or Compact Print.
— OR —
Click directly on the Order Number if you'd like to review the order before printing.

STEP FOUR (optional)

In the top right corner of the order details page, click the Print button and choose your preferred format: Full or Compact.

The print versions will be similar to the screen shots below and contain the information for your client's order.
