How to Rename an Email Marketing Campaign in PhotoBiz

Overview

PhotoBiz Marketing tools help you promote your business, stay in touch with clients, and grow your sales. Your Website Package includes up to 10,000 marketing emails per month, making it easy to manage email campaigns directly from your account. If you need to update the name of an existing campaign, you can do that from the campaign settings in just a few clicks. This guide walks you through how to rename an email marketing campaign in PhotoBiz.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu. This opens your Marketing dashboard, where your email campaigns are stored.

STEP TWO

Click the name of the email campaign you want to rename. If you have multiple campaigns, you can use the search bar to quickly find the one you want to update.

STEP THREE

In the upper-right corner of the campaign builder, click SETTINGS. This opens the campaign settings panel where you can manage details for that specific campaign.

FINAL STEP

Under PAGE NAME, enter the new name you want to use for your campaign. Then click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the settings panel. Your campaign will immediately display the updated name in your Marketing dashboard.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

  • Page Name is used internally to organize your campaigns in the Marketing dashboard.
  • The Page Name also controls the campaign URL, meaning it affects the link used when sharing your campaign (for example: https://www.yourdomain.com/marketing/your-campaign-name).
  • Renaming a campaign helps keep your dashboard organized, especially if you send emails regularly or manage multiple promotions.
  • Changing the campaign name does not automatically update the email subject line. To change what your contacts see in their inbox, you will need to edit the subject line separately.
