Overview
You can reset your PhotoBiz password from inside your account if you are already logged in. This is helpful if you want to update your password for security or account access reasons.
If you are not able to log into your PhotoBiz account, you can also reset your password from the PhotoBiz login page. This guide explains both options so you can choose the reset method that matches your situation.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
Hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS, then click LOGIN INFO from the drop-down menu.
Click the RESET PASSWORD button. A password reset email will be sent to the email address you use to log into your PhotoBiz account.
Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
If you are not able to access your PhotoBiz account, go to the PhotoBiz login page:
https://www.photobiz.com/login
Click FORGOT PASSWORD on the login screen. Enter the email address you use to log into your PhotoBiz account, then follow the instructions sent to your email.
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. You should also confirm that you entered the same email address used for your PhotoBiz account login.
Password reset emails are sent to the email address connected to your PhotoBiz account login.
For security, PhotoBiz Support cannot view your current password. If you do not know your password, you will need to reset it using one of the options above.
