How to Export Customer Emails from the Contacts Section
Anytime someone places an order, fills out a form, schedules an appointment, or views a Client Gallery, their information is automatically saved in the Contacts section of your PhotoBiz account.
This guide shows you how to export those customer emails so you can use them in other tools—or simply keep a backup for your records.

STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Use the dropdown menu on the right to filter your list by CUSTOMERS.
FINAL STEP
Click the EXPORT button to download a .csv
file of your customer emails.
Your file will be saved in your computer’s default download folder and will include customer names, email addresses, and other details—perfect for organizing, importing, or sending targeted messages outside of PhotoBiz.
