How to Show or Hide File Names in Client Galleries
PhotoBiz Client Galleries lets you share private, password-protected galleries with your clients. You also have control over how your images are displayed — including whether or not file names are visible. This guide walks you through how to manage those settings.
STEP ONE
Log Into Your Account
Log into your PhotoBiz account, then click Client Galleries from the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Select or Create an Event
Choose the event you want to edit by clicking on its Event Name, or create a new one in your Client Galleries control panel.
STEP THREE
Open Event Settings
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the event to access the settings.
STEP FOUR
Adjust File Name Display
Scroll to the bottom of the settings panel until you see the Display File Names option.
- Select Yes if you want file names to be shown.
- Select No if you prefer to hide them.
What Your Clients Will See
Grid View: File names will appear when your clients hover over each image.
Large View: File names will also display in the toolbar beneath each image.
