Using Passwords in Client Galleries
With PhotoBiz Client Galleries, you can showcase your client's images in a private gallery just for them. While password protection is optional, it’s a great way to give clients secure access to their images.
Why Use Passwords?
Password protection adds an extra layer of privacy. When you use passwords, clients can go to yourdomain.com/proofing, enter their event password, and go directly to their gallery.
đź”’ Each event must have a unique password to ensure the correct gallery opens.
If you are not using passwords on your events, your clients will have 2 ways to access their event:
A Quick Note About Admin Preview
When you preview a Client Gallery from your PhotoBiz control panel, it will automatically skip any email collection or password requirements—because you're the admin.
But don't worry! Your clients will be prompted to enter a password or email if you've set those up.

Using passwords makes the login process easy for clients. Just share the link to yourdomain.com/proofing along with their unique password—they’ll be able to log in and view their event in seconds.
