The PhotoBiz Form & Contract builder allows you to create forms for lead capture, orders, contracts, questionnaires, and other types of forms. You can choose a form template, and then edit the look of the form fields and buttons, borders, page opacity, colors, background, and header. This guide will walk you through customizing your form design.
Important Note: All Form Submissions are captured and stored in your PhotoBiz CRM so you can easily view who's completed and submitted your forms.

You can also embed the form directly into your website so it matches your website branding using the Form Block.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Form Name you want to edit or add a new form.
STEP THREE
Click on PAINT BRUSH icon an the upper right side of the form editor to access the form design settings.
STEP FOUR
In this Edit Form Theme section of your Form Editor you can control the following design elements for your form:
- Current Template
- Styling
- Colors
- Background
Current Template
This setting allows you to choose between a Full Width or Narrow Width form. Click on the change button to access the template options for your form.
Click on the SAVE button below the form layout that you prefer to use for your form.
Form Styling Options
You can control the following form styling options in this section:
- Form Background Opacity
- Form Field Label Style
- Form Fields and Buttons
- Borders
Form Colors
To customize your form's colors, click on the color swatch and use the color picker to select a color, or enter the HEX code for your color into the field.
Form Background
You can control the form background in this section and choose from the following options:
- No Background
- Background Library
- Custom Background
When you've completed your selections for your form's theme, click on save changes at the bottom of the page.
