Overview
The Time Zone setting in your PhotoBiz account controls how supported dates and times are displayed and scheduled. It affects Scheduler appointments, blog posts, and email automations.
PhotoBiz email automations are sent at 9am based on the time zone selected for your account. Choosing the correct time zone helps ensure appointments, scheduled content, and automated emails follow your local business time.
This guide explains how to select or update your PhotoBiz account time zone.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
This opens the My Account area, where you can manage your account information and settings.
Hover over SETTINGS in the menu at the top of the My Account area. Click TIME ZONE in the drop-down menu.
This opens the Time Zone settings for your account.
Click the Time Zone drop-down menu and select the time zone that matches your location. Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your selection.
Your PhotoBiz account will now use the selected time zone for supported features, including Scheduler appointments, blog posts, and email automations.
PhotoBiz email automations are sent at 9am according to the time zone selected in your account.
For example, if your account is set to Eastern Time, an email automation scheduled for a specific day will be sent at 9am Eastern Time. Selecting the correct time zone helps ensure automated messages reach your clients at the intended local time.
You can return to this setting and update your time zone at any time. You may need to update it if you move, relocate your business, or begin operating from a different region.
Choose the time zone where your business primarily operates so that appointments, blog posts, and automated emails follow your normal business schedule.
