How to Set Scheduler Policies in PhotoBiz
The Policies section of your PhotoBiz Scheduler allows you to define your scheduling and cancellation rules. Here, you can control how far in advance clients can book appointments and whether they’re allowed to cancel online, plus how much notice is required if they do.
These settings help you manage your time effectively and ensure clients understand your booking and cancellation expectations.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top center of your Scheduler control panel, click POLICIES.
STEP THREE
Set Your Appointment Cancellation Policy
In this section, choose whether clients are allowed to cancel appointments online and how much notice is required.
You can select from the following options:

Never (clients cannot cancel online)

Up to 24 hours before the appointment

Up to 48 hours before the appointment
-
Up to one week before the appointment
-
Anytime
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your cancellation policy.
Important Note: If you allow online cancellations for appointments that include a payment, refunds must be processed directly through your merchant account. Refunds are not issued automatically by PhotoBiz.
STEP FOUR
Set Your Appointment Lead Time Policy
Your lead time determines how far in advance a client can book an appointment online.
Choose from the following options:

1 hour

2 hours
-
8 hours
-
24 hours
-
48 hours
-
72 hours
-
1 week
-
2 weeks
-
1 month
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your lead time settings.
