The Scheduler Policies Overview

The Policies section of your Photobiz Scheduler allows you to set your policy information for appointment cancellations and the amount of time allowed before booking an appointment.

You can decide if you want your clients to cancel their appointments online and how long before their session they can cancel. Additionally, you can decide how long before a session date and time a client can book.


STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on POLICIES at the top, center of your Scheduler control panel.
