Overview of PhotoBiz Scheduler Services and Settings

The PhotoBiz Website Package includes the PhotoBiz Scheduler, a powerful tool that allows you to offer online appointment booking directly through your website. You can accept payments through your connected merchant account or offer free booking options.

This guide provides an overview of Scheduler Services and their available settings so you can customize your booking experience to fit your business needs.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Scheduler control panel, click SERVICES to create or edit your booking services.

In this section, you can:

Scheduler Service Details

Add or update key information for your service, including:

  • Service Name
  • Description
  • Service Duration (from 15 minutes up to 24 hours)
  • Price
  • Sales Tax (apply or not apply)
  • Active Status — choose between:

    Booking only
    Booking and payment
    No (inactive)

Scheduler Service Image (Optional)

Add an image to represent your service. You can:

  • Upload a custom image
  • Select one from your Image Clipboard
  • Choose from available stock photos

A visual preview helps clients quickly identify your services and enhances the overall booking experience.

Scheduler Service Options

Offer additional choices or upgrades for your service. Examples include:

  • Add-ons for an additional fee or for free
  • Location or backdrop selections
  • Themed decorations or props

Scheduler Service Availability

Control when clients can book this specific service.

  • No (Default): The service follows your general business hours set under your global availability.
  • Limited Schedule: Set custom days and times for this service that differ from your regular hours.

Block off specific dates for this service when you’re unavailable — perfect for holidays, vacations, or special events.
