Overview
You can change the layout of a Products Block without deleting the block or adding your products again. PhotoBiz includes layouts for product grids, menus, image-and-text displays, and individual featured products.
This guide explains the two ways to change the layout of an existing Products Block. You will also find a complete overview of the available layout options.
A Products Block must already be added to a page on your website.
If you have not added one yet, see How to Use the Products Block to Sell Items on Your PhotoBiz Website.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
This opens the Website Builder.
Click the name of the page containing the Products Block you want to update.
Locate the Products Block on the page.
You can change the layout directly from the block or through the editing panel.
To preview layouts quickly, locate the current layout name in the upper-right corner of the Products Block. Click the left or right arrow to move through the available layouts. The block will update automatically as you select each layout, and you do not need to click Save.
Single Item layouts cannot be applied with the layout arrows. You must use the editing panel because these layouts require you to select the individual product you want to feature.
To use the editing panel, click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the Products Block. Click CHANGE LAYOUT in the menu that appears.
When you use the editing panel, the available layouts will appear on the right side of the Website Builder. Browse the options and click Save below the layout you want to use.
The new layout will appear in the Website Builder preview. Click VIEW SITE at the top of the builder to review the Products Block on your live website.
The available layouts are organized by the type of product display they create.
Grid Layouts
Grid layouts display multiple products in an image-focused arrangement.
The Gallery layout can be especially useful for displaying artwork, prints, and products with multiple images.
Image and Text Layouts
Image and text layouts display product images alongside product information.
Classic and Contemporary Menu Layouts
Menu layouts can help organize product collections or create a streamlined product list.
Single Item Layouts
Single Item layouts feature one selected product instead of displaying a collection.
When you select a Single Item layout, use the Products Block editing panel to choose the product you want to display.
Changing the layout does not remove the products assigned to the block. However, some layouts may support different product-selection, styling, font, color, or animation settings.
After changing the layout, open the Products Block editing panel and review the available settings. This helps you confirm that the spacing, text, images, and buttons match the rest of your website.
