Overview
PhotoBiz Premium Upgrades allow you to add more features, storage, services, and account capacity as your business grows. You can use Premium Upgrades to purchase items such as additional file storage, more marketing emails, custom domain services, mailbox accounts, PhotoBiz AI requests, white-label branding, and professional services from the PhotoBiz team.
This guide explains what Premium Upgrades are, where to find them in your PhotoBiz account, and what each upgrade includes. By the end of this article, you will understand which upgrades are available and how they can help you expand your PhotoBiz account.
Premium Upgrades are prorated based on your current billing cycle and account membership type.
Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes the following account limits each month:
The Website Package allows files up to 4 MB to be uploaded to your account. If you need to upload files larger than 4 MB, you can add the Original Files upgrade, which allows files up to 50 MB.
Form submissions, marketing emails, and PhotoBiz AI request amounts automatically reset on the 1st of the month.
You can view available Premium Upgrades from your PhotoBiz account.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES in the left-side menu.
This opens the Premium Upgrades area, where available upgrades and professional services are grouped into two main sections:
The Products & Add-Ons section includes upgrades you can add to your account, such as storage, email, domains, marketing email capacity, and PhotoBiz AI requests.
The Let Us Do It For You section includes professional services where the PhotoBiz team can help with website design, SEO, social media, logo design, coaching, and account management.
A custom domain name allows visitors to find your website using your own branded web address, such as yourstudio.com.
You can purchase a domain registration directly through your PhotoBiz account.

A mailbox allows you to create a professional email address using your domain name, such as info@yourstudio.com.
This is helpful if you want branded email for your business instead of using a general email provider address.

The Original Files upgrade allows you to upload files up to 50 MB to your PhotoBiz account. This is helpful if you need to provide large, high-resolution files to clients through Client Galleries, ECommerce, or other supported areas.
After adding Original Files, you can enable original resolution downloads in your products or gallery settings when needed.

The More Storage upgrade increases the number of files you can upload to your PhotoBiz account. This is useful if you upload a large number of images, videos, documents, or gallery files.
You can add multiple storage upgrades as needed.

Marketing Extras allow you to send more marketing emails each month from your PhotoBiz account. This is helpful if you regularly send email campaigns, automated emails, newsletters, or Client Galleries invitations.

ECommerce Extras increase the number of SKUs available for stock tracking in your ECommerce store. A SKU is a unique product identifier used to track inventory.
This upgrade is helpful if you manage a large product catalog or need stock tracking for many product variations.

Purchase more monthly Ask PhotoBiz AI requests to generate additional on-brand content.

Remove all “Crafted by PhotoBiz” and “© PhotoBiz” branding from your account for a completely white-label experience.

Add more monthly form submissions to your account (your Website Package includes 500 by default). Multiple blocks can be added as needed.
