How to See When a Contact Unsubscribed from Your Emails
Keeping track of when a contact unsubscribed helps you maintain compliance with email marketing laws, monitor audience engagement, and better understand how your campaigns are performing. You can easily find the unsubscribe date for any contact within your PhotoBiz account.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Use the search bar to look up the email address of the contact you’d like to check.
STEP THREE
Click on the contact’s name to open their contact details. In the details panel, you’ll see the unsubscribe date listed if they have opted out of your emails.
Good To Know
If a client has unsubscribed but wishes to start receiving your emails again, click the pencil icon next to their unsubscribe date.
In the dropdown menu, change their status to No Answer.
Then, check the box that says:
“By updating this preference I certify the contact has given their permission to receive emails.”
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Once saved, the contact will be removed from your unsubscribed list and will once again receive your future campaigns and automations.
