The Family + Friends tab in your contacts lets you link clients to their family members, friends, or referrals. This feature is especially helpful for tracking relationships between clients, leads, and other referrals, making it easy to run a studio referral program using the Form & Contract Builder.
There are two ways to use the Family + Friends section in your PhotoBiz contacts:
- Add a Family + Friends contact manually via the contacts section.
- Automatically capture and link Family + Friends through the PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder.

Create a Family + Friends contact manually
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on Contacts in the side menu.
STEP TWO
Choose a contact you want to add a Family + Friend contact link to.
STEP THREE
Click on the Family + Friends tab.
This will allow you to enter First Name, Last Name, Relationship, Phone Number, and Email Address for the Family + Friends section. There is also an option to add this person as a contact to your list. Once you've completed the information on this page, simply click on CREATE NEW at the bottom and this will automatically link the two contacts together.
Congratulations! If you click on Friends + Family you'll now see the information for the entry you've linked to this contact. This is a great way to track the relationships between your clients very easily.
