How to Update Your Scheduler Service Prices

Overview

The PhotoBiz Scheduler allows you to offer online booking for appointments, sessions, consultations, and other services. Each Scheduler service can have its own price, along with optional add-ons or sub-options when needed.

This guide walks you through how to update the price for an existing Scheduler service. It also explains where to update option and sub-option pricing if your service includes additional paid choices for clients.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu. This opens your Scheduler Dashboard, where you can manage your services, appointments, availability, and Scheduler settings.

STEP TWO

At the top of the Scheduler Dashboard, click SERVICES. This opens the list of Scheduler services you have created in your account.

STEP THREE

Click the name of the Scheduler service you want to update. This opens the service editor on the right side of your screen.

STEP FOUR

In the right-side editor, locate the Price field and enter the new price for the service. When you are finished, click SAVE CHANGES to apply your update.

This updates the main price for the Scheduler service.

FINAL STEP

Review the service to make sure the updated price appears correctly. If your Scheduler service includes options or sub-options, review those prices separately because they are managed separately from the main service price.

Updating Option and Sub-Option Prices

Some Scheduler services may include options or sub-options, such as add-ons, upgrades, session choices, or additional service selections. These prices are managed separately from the main service price.

To update option or sub-option pricing:

  • Click the OPTIONS tab inside the service editor.
  • Click the Option Name you want to update.
  • Click the Sub-Option Name you want to edit.
  • Enter the updated price.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your update.

Be sure to review each option and sub-option that has its own price.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

If clients can book this service online, this is a good time to review your full booking workflow. We recommend enabling Email Automations for Scheduler services so clients can receive appointment reminders and follow-up emails after booking.

Email Automations are managed separately from Scheduler service pricing. Updating a service price does not automatically turn on reminders or change your existing automation settings.
