How to Preview a Client Gallery
Before sharing a gallery with your client, you may want to see exactly how it looks. PhotoBiz makes it easy to preview your Client Galleries from the admin side. Just keep in mind that when you use the admin preview link, it will bypass any password or email settings you've applied—only your clients will be prompted to enter those.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Use the search bar or scroll to find the event you want to preview, then click on the Event Name.
STEP THREE
Click on the Admin Preview Link inside the event to view the gallery.
Important Note:
The admin preview link skips over password protection and email collection settings. When your clients visit the gallery, they will still need to enter a password or email if you've set those up.
The cover page for your client gallery will appear, and you can click to open and preview the event.
Important: The admin preview link is not the one you should share with your clients. Once you’re ready to share the gallery with your client, return to your PhotoBiz account and click the SHARE button to get the correct link to send.
