OPTION ONE: CREATE A FREE DOWNLOAD COUPON

This method allows your client to select and redeem a free image directly in the gallery checkout.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

This will open your ECommerce dashboard.

STEP TWO

At the top of the ECommerce control panel, hover over PAYMENTS and click COUPONS.

This opens your coupon management area.

STEP THREE

Click the NEW COUPON button.

This opens the coupon setup options.

STEP FOUR

Under the Dollar Discounts section, select $ OFF SINGLE ITEM, then click CONTINUE.

This ensures the discount applies to only one item.

STEP FIVE

Enter your coupon details.

Type your desired code into the DISCOUNT CODE field. Set the discount amount equal to the full price of the digital image. Then set the Number of Uses to 1 so the coupon can only be used once.

STEP SIX

Choose how the coupon applies.

Select SPECIFIC ITEMS as the discount type. Then choose Prints/Digital Images and select the specific digital image you want to offer for free.

FINAL STEP

Save your coupon.

Your client can now add the image to their cart, enter the coupon code at checkout, and receive it for free while still having the option to purchase additional products.
