Overview
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes a built-in blog that allows you to share updates, showcase sessions, promote services, and keep your website content fresh. Publishing blog posts helps you stay connected with your audience, improve your website visibility on search engines, and create content you can share across email marketing and social media.
In this guide, you will learn how to publish a blog post from your PhotoBiz control panel. You can publish your post immediately, schedule it for a future date, or save it as a draft.
You will also learn how to use the new Promote This Blog Post feature to quickly turn your blog post into an email marketing campaign using Ask PhotoBiz AI.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click BLOG in the left-side menu.
This opens your blog dashboard, where all of your blog posts are stored.
Click NEW POST to create a new blog post, or click an existing draft if you want to publish a post you already started.
This opens the blog post editor where you can add, review, or update your blog content.
If you have many blog posts, you can use the search bar to quickly locate a specific post.
In the blog post editor, click the PUBLISH button in the upper-right corner.
This opens your publishing options. From here, you can choose whether to keep the post as a draft, schedule it for later, or publish it immediately.
Choose how you want your blog post to be published, then click SAVE CHANGES.
Once saved, your blog post will follow the option you selected. It will remain as a draft, publish at the scheduled date and time, or appear live on your website immediately.
If you publish the post, you can view it on your live website blog page.

After publishing your blog post, you will see an option to PROMOTE THIS BLOG POST.
This feature allows you to quickly create an email marketing campaign based on your blog post using Ask PhotoBiz AI.

Your blog post may not appear on your website if it is still saved as a draft, scheduled for a future date, or scheduled for a time that has not arrived yet based on your account time zone.
Open the blog post in your control panel and check the publishing option. If needed, update the setting to Publish Now and click SAVE CHANGES.
Can I edit the email created by Promote This Blog Post?
Yes. The generated marketing email can be fully edited before sending. You can customize the subject line, text content, links, and overall messaging inside the Marketing section of your PhotoBiz account.
