Adding a call-to-action button to your blog post is an effective way to guide readers to take the next step. You can link a button to your contact page, scheduler, client galleries, social media profiles, or any external URL. This guide walks you through how to add and configure a Button Block directly inside a PhotoBiz blog post.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on BLOG in the left-side menu.
Click the title of the blog post you want to edit, or create a new blog post.
From the blog editor tools on the right side, click or drag the Button Block into your blog post.
You can place the button anywhere within the post content.
Click directly on the text that reads CLICK TO ADD BUTTON TEXT inside the Button Block.
The right-side settings panel will open. Enter your button details and click SAVE CHANGES.
You can configure the following options:
Button Text
This is the text readers see and click on, such as Get In Touch Today or Book Your Session.
Button Link
This is the page or URL the button will open when clicked. You can link to internal PhotoBiz pages or external websites.
Once saved, your button will appear live within your blog post and act as a clear call to action for readers.
Below is an example of what a completed call to action button could look on your live blog post:
The Blog Post Editor supports the DuoBuild feature, which allows you to place Button Blocks side by side or align a button next to other supported blocks.
To use DuoBuild, click and drag a Button Block on top of another supported block until both blocks snap into a shared row. When released, the blocks will display next to each other instead of stacking vertically.
This is helpful if you want to:
Display two call-to-action buttons side by side
Place a button next to text or images within your blog post
Create a more balanced and visually engaging layout
DuoBuild layouts automatically adjust for mobile devices, ensuring your buttons remain easy to tap and read on smaller screens.
Buttons work well at the end of a blog post, after a key paragraph, or between content sections.
Use clear, action-oriented text so readers know what to expect when they click.
You can customize button styles using your global design settings or Button Block advanced options.
