Overview of PhotoBiz Scheduler Services and Settings
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes the PhotoBiz Scheduler, which allows you to easily offer booking appointments on your website. With the Scheduler, you can accept appointments and process payments through your merchant account or offer free booking. This guide provides an overview of Scheduler Services and their settings.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SERVICES at the top of your Scheduler control panel to create or edit services.
In this section, you can create new service categories, add new services, or edit existing ones. Each service has various settings that you can configure to suit your business needs.
Here’s a breakdown of the settings available for your Scheduler services:
DETAILS
Update essential information for each service, such as:
- Service Name
- Description
- Duration
- Price
- Sales Tax
- Active Status
IMAGE (Optional)
Add an image to represent your service. You can upload a custom image, select one from your image clipboard, or choose from available stock images. A picture can enhance the customer experience!
OPTIONS
Offer extra options to your clients, such as add-ons for an additional fee, backdrop selection, or more.

AVAILABILITY
Set availability for your service with these two options:
- No (default): The service follows your general business hours.
- Limited Schedule: Set specific days and times for this service outside your regular hours.
TIME OFF
Mark specific dates as unavailable for certain services. This lets you take time off or manage availability more precisely.

INSTRUCTIONS
Add special instructions to request information from clients before they book. You can also make this section required for booking or optional.
THANK YOU
Customize the "thank you" message your clients receive when they book a service. You can also set up email notifications by adding email addresses here.

EMAIL AUTOMATION
Connect an automated email series to follow up with clients after they book an appointment. You can either link to an existing series or create a new one here.
SEO & SEARCH
Optimize your service for search engines with the following options:
- Tags: Customize what appears on your site when using the Scheduler block.
- Keywords: Enter keywords that will help visitors find this service through on-site search.
- SEO Preferences: Choose between Auto (auto-generated SEO title, description, and keywords) or Custom (customize your SEO fields).
