My Website Is Down Because My Domain Expired

If you’re using a domain name for your PhotoBiz website that is registered with a third-party provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains, Namecheap, etc.), you’ll need to manage your domain registration separately from your PhotoBiz account.

If your website goes down while your PhotoBiz account is in good standing, check with your domain provider to ensure your domain name has been renewed. A lapsed domain registration will cause your website to become inaccessible.
