How to View Full Email Headers in PhotoBiz Mailbox

Email headers contain technical details about where an email came from, its path, and authentication information. Viewing headers can be useful when troubleshooting or identifying suspicious emails.

Follow these steps to view full email headers in your PhotoBiz Mailbox:

STEP ONE

Log into your webmail at https://mailbox.photobiz.com

STEP TWO

Open the email message you’d like to view the headers for.

FINAL STEP

Click on the MORE option, then select VIEW FULL HEADER from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up will appear displaying the full email header.
