How to Check if PhotoBiz Manages Your Domain Registration

With the PhotoBiz Website Package, you can purchase a new domain, use an existing domain with a third-party provider, or transfer your domain into your PhotoBiz account. This guide will help you check if PhotoBiz is managing your domain registration.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu. 

STEP TWO

Under the Membership section, you'll see a list of products included in your plan. If PhotoBiz is managing your domain registration, it will be listed here.

If your domain isn’t listed, it’s most likely registered with a third-party provider, and you’re handling its renewal separately. Below is an example showing how your domain will appear if PhotoBiz is managing it for you.

How to Find Your 3rd Party Domain Registrar

If PhotoBiz isn’t managing your domain, you can still find out who is. You can check the public WHOIS information for your domain to see which registrar is handling its renewal.
