How to Share Access to Your Facebook Business Page

Learn how to share access to your Facebook Business Profile with team members or external agencies efficiently and securely. We'll outline a straightforward process that allows you to unlock the benefits of collaborative social media management to your social media profiles.

STEP ONE

Login to your Facebook Business account and select Professional Dashboard at the top select PAGE ACCESS in the left panel menu.

STEP TWO

Select Add New in access level you wish to give access to. If someone has requested access, you will have the option to review their request.

STEP THREE

For adding new accounts, follow the steps after selecting the level of access to give members to your profile.

For approving partner requests, select review and follow the proceeding steps.

FINAL STEP

Click confirm and you will have a new profile manager within your Facebook Business Profile.
