Overview
PhotoBiz Website Packages include ECommerce tools that let you sell products through your online store and track inventory using SKUs. One of these settings is the Global Low Stock Mark, which helps you monitor when product inventory is running low. This guide shows you how to set a default low stock threshold for your ECommerce inventory tracking. By the end, your account will automatically flag products as low stock when they reach the number you choose.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-hand menu. This opens your ECommerce control panel.
At the top of the ECommerce control panel, hover over SETTINGS and click GENERAL from the dropdown menu. This opens your general ECommerce settings.
Find the Global Low Stock Mark field and enter the number you want to use as your default low stock threshold. This number tells PhotoBiz when to flag inventory as running low for products that use inventory tracking.
Click Save Changes to apply your update.
Your Global Low Stock Mark is now saved. Products using inventory tracking will follow this default low stock setting unless you set a different low stock mark on an individual product.
You can override the Global Low Stock Mark for individual products. This is helpful if some items need a different low stock warning based on how quickly they sell or how often you restock them.
