PhotoBiz offers branded email with our Mailbox service. This allows you to create an email address @yourdomain. This guide will walk you through how to search for a message in your PhotoBiz Mailbox inbox.
STEP ONE
Log into your Mailbox through webmail at https://mailbox.photobiz.com
STEP TWO
At the upper-right corner of your webmail, you can search for your email by typing in the search terms you want to find or if you want to search by some specific parameters, you can click on the arrows to the right of the search button.
If you select the option to use specific search criteria, you'll see a menu open up that appears similar to the one in the screen shot below. You can search your webmail inbox for any of the following parameters:
- Email from
- Email To
- Subject
- Body
- Search In (all folders or specific folders)
- Doesn't Contain
- Date Within
- Has Attachements
Click the Search Button on the lower right corner of your search bar to submit your search and filter your Mailbox messages.
