How to Reset Your PhotoBiz Website and Start Over

If your PhotoBiz account is less than 90 days old and your website has not been launched with a domain, you can reset your website and start over from scratch. Resetting your site removes all website builder content and allows you to select a new template and run through the PhotoBiz AI Website Builder again. This is useful if you want a fresh design, different layout, or a clean starting point.

You may reset your website as many times as needed during the 90-day period, as long as a domain has not been launched on the site.

IMPORTANT WARNING

Resetting your website permanently deletes content that was added directly inside the Website Builder, including:

Website pages
Text and layout changes
Images uploaded directly into website pages
Design and layout customizations

This action cannot be undone. Make sure you save or back up anything you may want to reuse before continuing.

What Is Not Deleted

The following items are not removed when you reset your website:

Images stored in your Image Clipboard
Images saved in Global Branding
Your PhotoBiz account data outside the Website Builder

After the reset, you can reuse images from your Image Clipboard or Global Branding when rebuilding your site or running the PhotoBiz AI Website Builder again.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top center of the Website control panel, click the SETTINGS tab.

STEP THREE

Click RESET WEBSITE from the list of available options.

STEP FOUR

Confirm the website reset.

Check the box confirming that you understand the reset cannot be undone. Click Yes, Reset My Website to continue. When the right-side panel opens, enter the password you use to log into your PhotoBiz account. Confirm again that you understand all website content and settings will be permanently deleted, then click Yes, Reset My Website to complete the process.

Once the reset is complete, your website content is removed and you are returned to the template selection screen. From there, you can choose a new template and run through the PhotoBiz AI Website Builder again to create a fresh website.
