How to Manually Download Emails as .EML Files from PhotoBiz Mailbox

This article explains how to manually download emails from your PhotoBiz Mailbox as individual .eml files. This option allows you to export selected messages from a specific folder, such as Inbox or Sent, and save them to your computer. Downloaded emails are packaged into a single .zip file for easy storage or transfer. This process is useful for backups, recordkeeping, or moving messages to another email system.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

Access to your PhotoBiz Mailbox
Your PhotoBiz email login credentials
A device that can download and extract .zip files

STEP ONE

STEP TWO

Open the folder that contains the messages you want to download, such as Inbox or Sent.

STEP THREE

Select one or more emails you want to export by checking the box next to each message.

STEP FOUR

Click the More option in the mailbox toolbar.

STEP FIVE

From the drop-down menu, click Export to ZIP.

FINAL STEP

The .zip file will download to your device. Open the .zip file to access the selected emails, which are saved as individual .eml files.

Additional Notes

Each email is downloaded as a separate .eml file, which can be opened by most email programs.
If you select multiple messages, they will all be included in the same .zip file.
You may need to extract or unzip the file before opening the emails.
