Overview
You can download all images from a PhotoBiz Client Galleries event and save them to your computer as a ZIP file. PhotoBiz will prepare the files and send the download link to the email address you provide.
This guide explains how to open an existing event, select the file resolution, and request the download. This is helpful when you need a backup of an event or want to use the images outside of PhotoBiz.
This sends the selected images as a free download. It does not create an order or charge the recipient.
The download will contain all images from the galleries you select in a single ZIP file. Each image will be provided in the resolution you choose before sending the files.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
This opens your Client Galleries control panel.
Click EVENTS at the top of the Client Galleries Dashboard.
The Events section displays the Client Galleries events saved in your account.
Find the event you want to download and click the event name to open it.
If you have several events, use the search and filtering options to help locate the correct event.
Click the DOWNLOAD GALLERY button in the top-right corner of the event.
The download settings will open so you can choose where the download link should be sent and which version of the files you want to receive.
Enter the email address where you want PhotoBiz to send the download link. Then, select the resolution you want to download.
Choose from the available Web Resolution, High Resolution, or Original Files options. Original Files will only appear when the images were uploaded after the Original Files upgrade was added to your account.
Under SELECT GALLERIES, check the box beside each gallery you want to include in the download.
Click SEND FILES to begin preparing your download.
PhotoBiz will email the recipient a link to download a ZIP file containing all images from the selected galleries. The images will be included in the resolution you selected.
Check the inbox for the email address you entered. When the download is ready, open the email and click the provided link to save the ZIP file to your computer.
After the download is complete, extract or unzip the file to access the individual images. The steps for extracting a ZIP file may vary depending on your computer or device.
The available resolution options may include:
I did not receive the download email
Confirm that you entered the correct email address and check your spam or junk folder. Large events may take additional time to process. You can return to the event and request another download if needed.
I do not see the Original Files option
Original Files is only available when the Original Files upgrade was active before the images were uploaded. Images uploaded through the standard Website Package can be downloaded using the other available resolution options.
The ZIP file will not open
Confirm that the file finished downloading completely. You may also need to use your computer’s extraction or unzip option before opening the individual images.
