Using banner blocks is a great way to show case large images at the top of your page. You can easily add titles, captions, and buttons to your banners to create a call to action or direct visitors to your site to another portion of your website. This guide will walk you through how to add text to the banners on your website.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the WEBSITE option in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the page that you'd like to text to your existing banner or add a new banner
STEP THREE
Click inside of the block to customize it or click on the pencil icon on the top right of the banner block and click on advanced.
STEP FOUR
You'll see the thumbnails of your banner images in the right-side menu that opens. Click on the thumbnail of the image you'd like to add your caption to.
STEP FIVE
The next section will allow you to add these types of text:
- TITLE
- SUBTITLE
- ALTERNATIVE TEXT
Type in your text and click on save changes to add your text to your banner image.
Text Alignment
You can also adjust the text alignment for both the vertical and horizontal position of your text on the banner image.
Button Text
You can add a button and link it to another page in your website, an external website, form.
FONTS
You can easily customize the fonts you're using on your banners to override your global font settings. You can change the font, font size, letter spacing (kerning), and line height for any of the following items in your banners:
- TITLE
- SUBTITLE
- BUTTON TEXT
Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the control panel menu to apply your changes.
After you've adding your text to your banner, it will appear on your website.
