How to Add Your Logo to PhotoBiz Receipts

Overview

PhotoBiz automatically emails customers a link to their receipt after an order is placed. The link is valid for seven days, giving customers time to view, print, or save a copy. You can add your logo and business details to the receipt through the BRANDING section of your PhotoBiz account. This guide shows you where to upload your logo and save your changes.

STEP ONE

In the Logo Upload section, upload your logo. PhotoBiz accepts JPG and PNG files. We recommend a PNG logo with a transparent background so it displays cleanly on your receipts.

STEP THREE

Scroll below the Logo Upload section and enter the business details you want to display at the bottom of your receipts. You can add your company name, address, phone number, and website.

FINAL STEP

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your branding updates.

Logo Tips

Trim extra space around your logo before uploading it. Extra space can make the logo appear smaller on your receipt.

If your logo has a solid background, you can use the free PhotoBiz Logo Background Remover to create a transparent PNG before uploading it.

If You Don’t Upload a Logo

Your company name appears as linked text at the top of the order email and receipt when no logo is uploaded. Uploading a logo displays your logo in that position.

What Your Clients Will See

Your PhotoBiz receipts can include the following branding details:

Business logo
Business name
Business address
Business phone number
Business website

The exact receipt content may vary depending on the type of order, invoice, form payment, product, or service involved.

Other Business Branding Settings

The Business Branding page contains additional settings that serve different purposes.

Favicon Upload

Your favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks for your website. The favicon must be uploaded as an ICO file.

This setting does not control the logo shown on your receipts.

Accent Color

Your Accent Color controls the background color of buttons on applicable system pages and emails.

Button text is white, so select a darker Accent Color to maintain clear contrast and readability.

Business Profile

Your Business Profile helps PhotoBiz AI create personalized content for your website, blog, SEO settings, and other supported areas of the system.

The Business Profile includes:

Your Business Name
Location
Specialty / Services
Your Style / Approach
Brand Voice

The Business Profile helps PhotoBiz AI understand your business. It does not replace the Business Information that appears in the footer of orders, invoices, forms, receipts, and client communications.
