How to Add a Copyright to my Website

HOW TO ADD A COPYRIGHT MESSAGE TO YOUR WEBSITE FOOTER

Your PhotoBiz Website Package makes it simple to add or update a copyright message in your website footer. Follow these steps to customize it with your business name and contact link.

STEP ONE

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

OPEN YOUR FOOTER SETTINGS

At the bottom of the Website Builder control panel, click on FOOTER.

STEP THREE

ADD OR EDIT YOUR TAGLINE

You can either:

  • Click on an existing Tagline in your footer to edit it
    OR
  • Click the Tagline icon (on the right side of the panel) to add a new tagline field.

FINAL STEP

ADD YOUR COPYRIGHT MESSAGE

In the Label section of the tagline, enter your copyright text — for example:
© 2025 Your Business Name. All rights reserved.

For a more polished experience, use the LINK TO field to link your copyright message to your contact page. This gives visitors an easy way to reach you if they need permission or have questions.

Want to include the © symbol in your message? Here's how:

  • Windows: Hold Alt and type 0169

  • Mac: Hold Option and press G
