If you have a Client Galleries only account with PhotoBiz, you can easily link your proofing events to your main website or any third-party platform. This allows your clients to access their galleries from your primary site while your images remain securely hosted in PhotoBiz.
This guide walks you through how to locate and copy your Client Galleries landing page URL so you can add it to your external website.
By the end of this guide, you will have the correct login page link to paste into your website’s navigation, button, or menu.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu. This opens your Client Galleries control panel where you manage all of your gallery events.
Click VIEW SITE in the top center menu of your Client Galleries control panel.
This opens your public Client Galleries landing page in a new browser tab. This is the page your clients use to access their proofing galleries.
Once your Client Galleries landing page opens, select and copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar.
This is the direct link you will use on your third-party website.
You can now paste this link into:
A navigation menu item
A button labeled Client Galleries or Proofing
A text link on a page
A call-to-action section
When visitors click this link, they will be taken directly to your Client Galleries login page.
You can also send galleries directly to your clients without needing them to visit your website.
To do this:
Go to CLIENT GALLERIES
Open the specific event
Click the SHARE button in the top right corner
For full instructions, see:
How To Share Your Client Gallery with Your Clients
This is helpful when you want to send private gallery access immediately after uploading images.
After adding the copied URL to your third-party website, test the link to confirm it opens your Client Galleries landing page correctly.
You should see your public gallery login screen where clients can enter their event password or email address to access their client gallery event.
