Overview
You can delete contacts from your PhotoBiz CRM at any time. Deleting a contact permanently removes all information associated with that contact, including form submissions, client gallery activity, emails, files, scheduler appointments, and email invite history.
Because this action cannot be undone, you should only delete contacts when you are certain you no longer need their information. If your goal is simply to stop sending marketing emails, deleting contacts is usually not necessary.

We do not recommend deleting contacts unless you are absolutely sure you no longer need any of their historical records or activity. If you may need access to past emails, gallery activity, appointments, files, or form submissions in the future, do not delete the contact.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS from the left-side menu.
Find the contact or contacts you want to delete.
Check the box next to each contact you want to remove, then click the DELETE button at the top of the page.
You can use the search field to quickly find a specific contact by name, email address, or other contact information.
A confirmation message will appear that says:
“Deleting this contact will permanently remove all associated data, including: form submissions, conversations, client galleries activity, files, scheduler appointments, and email invites history. This action cannot be undone.”
Click YES, DELETE IT to confirm.
Once deleted, the contact and all associated information are permanently removed from your account and cannot be recovered.
